How do I contact your customer support team directly if I have any questions about my order?

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Peanuts not accepted at this time.

How long will it take to get my order?

We know you can’t wait to look like a frozen snack. That’s why we are committed to processing and fulfilling orders within 2-3 business days from order receipt during non-holiday periods.

During the holiday period (November-December), we will make every effort to process and fulfill orders within 5-7 business days from order receipt.

How can I check my order status?

If you’ve created an account on our site, you can easily view your order information and history once you’re logged in. For guest checkouts, just check the email you used when placing the order for an order confirmation. You’re welcome.

How do I know when my order has shipped?

Once your order ships from our fulfillment center, you'll receive a prompt shipping notification email containing the tracking number for your order. Account holders can log in and find tracking information in their order history. Get ready to rep your Drumstick merch!

What is your return & exchange policy?

We allow for returns on items up to 14 days after receipt to request a return or exchange. Simply submit an inquiry through the "Contact Us" page to start the process.

If approved, we’ll send you clear instructions on where and how to send your package. Remember, your item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags and in the original packaging.

After inspection, if your return is accepted, we’ll automatically refund your original payment method.

Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to process. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

What should I do if my order is damaged?

Ah nuts! We are committed to packaging shipments in the best possible way to fully protect the order contents, however, in rare instances items can arrive damaged while in the production and transit process. Please submit an inquiry to our customer support team through the “Contact Us” page and provide your order number and a photo of the damaged goods. We will be happy to make it right!

What if my tracking number shows that my package was delivered but I did not receive it?

Tracking information will sometimes show that packages are delivered a day before they actually are. Please wait 24 hours and check back. If your package has still not arrived, we recommend reaching out to your local post office. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

How long will it take to receive a response from the customer support team?

We love you too, and our support team is here for you. Please allow 1-2 business days for a response during our business hours from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm EST. Stay cool and appreciate your patience!
